Ordering
Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation will contain all the details about the products, prices, billing, and delivery addresses.
If there is any mistake in the order confirmation, you should immediately contact us via email at [email protected].
Delivery
Our normal delivery times are 1-3 days. Please note that orders placed on weekends will be shipped at the earliest on the Monday after.
If there are any delays in delivery (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), you should contact us at the email address: [email protected].
For shipments that are not collected and are returned to us, a fee of 250 SEK will be charged to cover our costs for return shipping and administration. Please note that if you wish to return your package after changing your mind, it must be collected from the pick-up point and returned to us. Packages must be collected from the service point within 7 days, otherwise, they will be returned according to Postnord's rules.
Prices
All prices in the store are in SEK and include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices due to supplier price changes, errors in the price list, and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information, and we reserve the right to adjust the price.
Right of Withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you, as a customer, have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive an ordered item.
5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:
You must notify us that you wish to withdraw. The notification should be sent to us at [email protected]. In your message, your name, address, email address, order number, and which items the return concerns should be clearly stated.
You should return the products to us immediately and no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notification.
When contacting us, a return label will be sent to you, which you can use to return the products. The products should then be sent well-packaged and preferably in the original packaging.
We reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the item in the case of used or damaged products.
5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
Products that have been sealed (sealed) due to health or hygiene reasons and where the sealing (seal) has been broken by you.
Products of a sealed audio or visual recording nature where the sealing has been broken by you.
Custom-made products that have been tailored specifically for you or have a clear personal characteristic according to your wishes.
Services that have been fully performed and where you have expressly consented to the service commencing without the right of withdrawal.
Goods that may deteriorate rapidly, such as food.
Single issues of newspapers or magazines.

Complaints and Claims
We inspect all products before they are shipped to you. If the product still arrives damaged or incorrectly dispatched, we undertake, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.
6.1 How do you proceed with a complaint?
Any faults and defects must always be reported to [email protected], stating your name, address, email address, order number, and a description of the fault.
If we fail to rectify the fault or provide a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We cover return shipping costs for approved complaints.
We reserve the right to reject a complaint if it turns out that the item is not defective in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. In complaints, we follow guidelines from the Consumer Complaints Board, see arn.se.
Limitation of Liability
We do not accept liability for indirect damages that may arise due to the product.
We accept no liability for delays/errors resulting from circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances may include labor disputes, fire, war, government decisions, diminished or failed delivery from suppliers.
Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics made by respective suppliers and other factors beyond our control.

We reserve the right for any printing errors on this website as well as product sell-outs. We do not guarantee that the images accurately reflect the products' appearance, as there may be some color variation depending on the screen, photo quality, and resolution. We always strive to present the products as accurately as possible.
